Commissioned Illustrations:
All commissioned work is done on an ad hoc basis. Prices and turn-around times will vary according to the nature of the illustration. Please note that my current volume of work precludes accepting every request, but all proposals are welcomed and given due consideration. To commission an illustration, please contact TKO.

Billing:
One-time buyers who purchase via e-mail delivery are billed at the time of delivery. Registered customers buying editorial or caricature cartoons are billed quarterly for all purchases made during a given quarter. Registered customers buying idiom cartoons are billed at the time of purchase.

All bills are sent electronically to customers at the e-mail address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in US dollars and ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN US DOLLARS; payment in other currencies is not acceptable except by prior arrangement.
